Omego appointed Tim Lind managing director, strategic planning, for the trade matching utility. Lind will foster internal and external partnerships and provide business strategy leadership for executive decisions. He previously was SVP, product management and strategy, at GoldenSource.

Chris Flynn has been appointed to the newly created position of VP of product management, trading and compliance, at Advent Software. Flynn, who previously spent 10 years at Advent, most recently served as North America product manager for Latent Zero.

FXall has lured away Citigroup's Minor Huffman to serve as its new chief technology officer. Huffman will oversee the design, implementation and operations for FXall's platforms. Huffman was previously director and head of technology for Citigroup's equity options market making, order routing and trading group. FXall also recently appointed Jim Kwiatkowski head of sales for the Americas and Asoka Markandu general manager for FXall in Asia.

Rinando Soto joined Eze Castle Integration as director of services for the company's West Coast operations. He will oversee client service delivery and work to support continued growth in the region. Previously, Soto was a VP in the prime brokerage services group at Banc of America Securities.
