Major New York stars including Donald Trump and Steve Buscemi kicked off the trading day at BGC Partners' 4th annual Charity Day this morning, raising money for dozens of worthy causes. Manning the phones with BGC's brokers, Mr. Trump and Mr. Buscemi were among the celebrity guests from the worlds of entertainment, business and sports helping make trades with BGC's customers. 100% of BGC's global commissions today will go to charitable organizations in the US and around the world.

BGC Charity Day is held every year on September 11th to commemorate those lost in the World Trade Center tragedy. Over the past three years the event has raised over $15 million globally for charity from the donation of BGC's trading revenues from the day. Over forty celebrity guests will be joining BGC throughout the day.
